Hi, I’m Kimberly, Āyurveda practitioner and mentor.
I believe in healthcare that is guided and shaped by Nature with a solid foundation in clinical science and personal experience.
My education includes training at and graduating from The Āyurvedic Institute, Bancroft School of Massage Therapy, and ĀYU Academy. I’ve worked in The Āyurvedic Institute’s Pañcakarma Clinic, taught hands-on Āyurveda for massage therapists, created curriculums, courses, and a wellness community with Doctor Blossom. I’ve co-created retreats in India and taught in prestigious Āyurveda programs. And because I’m always learning, I am currently enrolled in Boston Āyurveda’s Advanced Āyurveda Practitioner Training.
My own healing journey through chronic Lyme disease, ulcerative colitis, and open-heart surgery taught me that well-being isn’t about magic pills, managing symptoms, or the latest internet health trend. It’s about remembering who we are and trusting the inherent wisdom of our bodies, minds, and hearts.
Working with me is equal parts wise counsel, mischief, and logic. There might be Star Wars references, spontaneous song, or a color-coded spreadsheet. Always, there is compassion. Read more
