Meet Your Guide

Kimberly Giunta, Āyurveda Practitioner, Teacher & Writer

Kimberly is an experienced teacher of Āyurveda and yoga, manual therapist, and clinical practitioner who brings over two decades of holistic health experience to her work. 

Her clinical practice focuses on creating personalized wellness programs for individuals navigating conditions like cancer, Lyme Disease, CPTSD, perimenopause, and digestive disorders.

As a writer and researcher, Kimberly has contributed to textbooks and built curriculums that bridge traditional medicine and modern health challenges.

A graduate of the Āyurvedic Institute and Āyu Academy, with a Summa Cum Laude bachelors degree in English Literature and a diploma from The Bancroft School of Massage Therapy, she brings intellectual depth and therapeutic skill to every aspect of her work.

A resilient and compassionate guide, Kimberly’s personal journey through Lyme Disease, ulcerative colitis, open heart surgery, and perimenopause informs her healing approach. You may find her hiking in pine forests alongside her joyful & cheeky companion, the golden retriever, Cosmo.
